Nightmare Before Christmas—Oogie Boogie's dice printable

Oogie Boogie's dice printable from Disney

Print out the images onto a card stock. Cut out the two images and fold inward, the white side is the inside of the cube. Glue the tabs to the inside of the dice to hold it together.  To add weight to your dice, tape or glue a penny to the white side of each dice, or place a cube of pink insulation foam inside the dice to help hold its shape. Use black acrylic paint on any white paper showing through on the edges for a more realistic look.

    1. The "frogs breath" and "deadly night shade" are actually attached to the base of this NBC collectable art piece I bought at Disneyland a couple years ago. I did not make them. But in e future I may make a tutorial on how to make a version of them : )

  2. I am seriously in love with your DIYs!! A few years ago, I made my aunt and uncle a Sandy Clawz head out of paper mache and tissue paper! Then the year after that I made them a Jack head out of the same materials and my boyfriend made them a life sized Jack Skellington body out of PVC pipes for the heads. I was struggling to think of a way to make Sally but after seeing all of the genius you have created, I am going to Home Depot for Pink Insulation first thing in the morning!

Anyways, to end my rambling, I was wondering if the insulation will melt if left in direct sunlight or in a hot tempertured room?

    Thank you!

    1. Hey rubiie.
The insulation foam i have, i have only kept it in room temperature enviornments. However i have had some of my finished painted projects sit out side under dirrect sun light and they were completely fine. Its is made to withstand heat upto certain degrees. My blowdryer seems to have no effect on it. But heat guns, hi temp glue guns and engraving tools cut into it like butter. As far as the itching, i have not experienced that. That is true with fiberglass insulation but not with this product. I handle it bare-handed daily. However i would wear a mask while cutting it so you dont breathe in particles, just to be on the safe side.

  4. Oh goodie! I'm probably going to start on Monday and hopefully I'll be done by Christmas! (: Ahaha. Do you use any sealant to seal the color on the foam or anything to harden it?

    1. I just use acrylic craft paints and have also used water based interior wall paint. Some people use a mixture called "Drylok" to seal it and weather proof it. Google it. Other than that, it doesn't need to be hardened. Do NOT use a clear spray paint to seal it. It will disintegrate the foam and leave a thin outer shell of paint that will crumble away and destroy all your work. . .found that out the hard way . . .
